Large Groups

We are pleased to offer the following special terms for Large Groups - comprising 12 persons or more - who have booked their meals in advance:

• either a 10% discount for each member of the Group, or
• one member of the Group eats free (to a maximum cost of 10% of the spend of the paying members of the Group).

For Groups arriving before midday or after 2pm we offer:

• either a 20% discount for each member of the Group, or
• two members of the Group eat free (to a maximum cost of 20% of the spend of the paying members of the Group).

Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to Large Groups taking advantage of our special terms:

• the Group must book during working hours, at least one hour and no more than 24 hours before arrival
• the booking must be made in person at the café, or by telephoning 01865 279112
• the Group must provide a Group Name at time of booking, and state the number of Group members
• the Group must notify the Management on its arrival at the café
• all members of the group must state their Group Name on arrival at the payment point
• any member(s) of the Group claiming a free meal(s) must be the last in the Group to reach the payment point
• members of Large Groups who are students may not claim any additional student discount.

Larger Groups
